L'impianto è costituito da due sistemi insediativi, il corpo edilizio destinato a servizi, che è conformato per essere utilizzato autonomamente anche da utenti esterni all'insediamento ed il sistema delle residenze.

I due sistemi edilizi sono tra loro connessi da percorsi coperti.

Il rapporto con il suolo, il paesaggio, la memoria, la topografia, gli affacci, l'esposizione solare sintetizzano le questioni teoriche con le quali il progetto si è confrontato.


L'impiego di materiali locali, naturali e di recupero testimoniano un'attenzione per l'ambiente e per la tradizione costruttiva locale.

The plant it consists of two settlement systems, the body building intended for services,
which is designed to be used independently also by users external to the settlement and the system
of residences.

The two building systems are connected to each other by covered paths.

The relationship with the ground, the landscape, the memory, the topography, the
facing, solar exposure synthesize the theoretical issues with which the project was confronted with.

The employment of local, natural and recycled materials testify attention to the environment and to the local building tradition.
