Il progetto riguarda il restauro di un piccolo edificio del XV° secolo attribuibile a Luca Fancelli;

l'aspetto prevalente riguarda il rapporto con aspetti materiali caratterizzati da una estrema fragilità; le scelte formali e il rapporto con i semplici spazi ci hanno indotto ad operare con soluzioni  che esaltassero i pochi segni ancora oggi leggibili.

I serramenti interni sono delle grandi cornici che suggeriscono sguardi selettivi; la geometria, introdotta nella sistemazione degli esterni, fatta di pochi segni esalta la straordinaria facciata rinascimentale.




 

The project concerns the restoration of a small 15th century building attributable to Luca Fancelli;
the main theme concerns the relationship with materials characterized by extreme fragility; the formal choices and the relationship with the simple spaces guides us to solutions that exalted the few signs still legible today. 

The internal doors and windows are large frames that suggest selective looks; the geometry introduced in the arrangement of the exteriors, made of few signs, enhances the extraordinary Renaissance facade.
